Terms of Use
Pinmate is operated by Eon Research LLC. By installing or using Pinmate, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Pinmate is
Pinmate is a personal tracking and math tool for adults who are already managing their own medication regimens. The app helps you log doses, side effects, weight, and rotation; it includes a reconstitution unit-conversion calculator and a dose-window reminder system.
2. Not a medical service
Pinmate is not a medical device, telemedicine service, or pharmacy. Nothing in the app is medical advice. The app does not prescribe, recommend, diagnose, or treat any condition. Always verify your protocol with a licensed clinician before injecting or making any change to your regimen.
The reconstitution calculator is a unit-conversion utility — it converts "X mg in Y mL" into syringe units. It does not know what is appropriate for you. Do not use it as dosing guidance.
Pinmate cannot detect or respond to emergencies. If you experience an allergic reaction, severe side effect, or any medical emergency, stop using the app and call your local emergency number or go to an emergency room.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Pinmate. You must possess and use any tracked substance lawfully in your jurisdiction. Pinmate does not sell, source, or refer users to suppliers of any medication or compound.
4. Your account and your data
If you create a Pinmate account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is collected, stored, and deleted.
5. Subscriptions (Pinmate Pro)
Some Pinmate features require an auto-renewable subscription ("Pinmate Pro"), available in monthly and yearly plans.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- Manage / cancel. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app except where allowed by law; (b) use the app to harass, harm, or deceive other users; (c) use the app to facilitate the unlawful possession, distribution, or use of any substance; or (d) attempt to bypass any security or access control mechanism.
7. Intellectual property
The Pinmate app, brand, designs, and content are owned by Pinmate and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinmate, its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the app — including damages relating to medication, dosing, side effects, or health outcomes.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
